First of Weight Watchers!!

Hi Everyone!!

Mom and I joined Weight Watchers yesterday and started our program today!
We started our morning with a whole wheat egg sandwich, one piece of bread only, then followed our breakfast with a 1 mile walk with Bear and Brody!
Our weekly goal for this week is to walk at least 1 mile a day for one week.... however, we are already planning to walk another mile this evening and head over to the Cape Fear River walk tomorrow!!
In homeschool land, this is considered our Health/Physical Fitness Class!!
