    Happy Birthday Shelby!! I wish I could say it in person, but... We are in Boone right now! James right this minute is trying the dog shock collar out right now! He is putting it up to his arm and shocking himself, he did on high! Wow this is soooo funny, what a retard! Well have a great birthday Shelba!
